Our delivery procedure

Small Packages UK Delivery Rates Signed For

First Class packages aim to be delivered the next working day, including Saturdays.

Second Class packages are normally delivered in 2-3 days including Saturdays.

These guidelines are set by the Post Office !

Small Packages International Delivery Rates Signed For

Please  be aware

 If the goods you purchase  attract  customs duty or tax in your  country,you will be  liable to pay    this money.

 The cost of our products does not  include any international taxes and     is not paid by us.

We offer Free Shipping on purchases over £30.00 for the UK.

If your purchase does not reach this threshold, then the postal charges, in the table below are added to the invoice.

We offer International Shipping up to 250 g for £7.50 which is usually enough to ship 2/3 pens.

Over 250 g is then charged according to the table below.

• We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hrs. for products that are in stock, but please allow up to 5 days .
• If for any reason there is going to be a delay in the delivery of your goods, we will notify you within 24 hrs.
• If you are ordering your goods for a present, and you need to have them by a certain date, please let us know.
• All goods are sent to the address you state when you place the order.
• All packages are dispatched on a “signed for “basis.
•  International orders are tracked  & signed for where possible.
• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Please check your spam folder for notification emails if they are not apparent.
